All returns should be made to the address provided
here and will only
be accepted if they conform to the criteria detailed below.
Virtual Racer purchases are only refundable if, and only if, all of the
following conditions are met:
- returned within 14 days of receipt
- returned fully packaged and in resellable condition
Virtual Racer purchases shall be replaced if, and only if, all of the
following conditions are met:
- returned within 14 days of receipt
- the purchased items can be proven to have been received in a
faulty condition
- all artefacts including the original packaging are returned
